Senior Assets Officer

Lockyer Valley Regional Council is seeking applications from dynamic, innovative and experienced individuals to fill the full time, permanent position of Senior Asset Officer in our Infrastructure Planning Team.

This position will coordinate and undertake the development and ongoing maintenance of Council’s asset register including but not limited to transport, drainage, parks and open spaces, buildings and facilities, waste and intangible type assets. This includes management of asset data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting to allow effective asset management. This position is also required to provide all GIS support to the Infrastructure Branch, and general support regarding Corporate Business Systems and their implementation across the branch. The position is required to provide specialist advice on issues and customer complaints associated with roads, drainage and other infrastructure as required.

Team Leader Resource Recovery (Waste Disposal)

We need a hands-on leader to keep our resource recovery waste facility operations running smoothly and on budget. In this role, you’ll be leading and coordinating a large team of landfill roles which includes Disposal Support and Plant Operators, Gatehouse Operators and Transfer Station Operators at our Stuart Landfill site.
