Learning and Development Village

This Village aims to support local government officers with responsibility for the Learning and Development functions of Queensland councils.

The Village is a place to get together, share information, get updates on the latest legislation and policies as well as new tools available to assist councils in managing their people processes.  Ultimately, the Village aims to utilise the expertise across the sector to ensure Queensland councils offer quality employment opportunities, are growing great people and that the sector has a reputation as being a great place to work.
