Conference Programme:

In 2023 the Women in Local Government Conference is back.  And this year, it is all about taking back your control.

The events of the past 3 years have made many of us feel as if we are going through the motions; reacting to ever-changing circumstances and unable to get on top of things.  Plenty of plans have been put on hold: plans for rest and relaxation, plans for self-development, plans to work towards promotion, plans to put ourselves out there.

In 2023 we say, “Enough!”

We will take the break we need to refresh, we will do that course or get that mentor, we will develop a plan, update that LinkedIn profile and get out there to network, grow and learn.  The Women in Local Government, Empowered Conference is just the place to kick start that revitalised approach.  Join like-minded local government officers, hear from others from across different sectors, get guidance, share ideas and get motivated to make the moves you have been longing to make.

We look forward to seeing you in March!
