- What is mountain biking and ways to manage it.
- Operational models for councils.
- Case studies for creating sustainable resilient trails.
Webinar Two – 23 May 2024
When trails mysteriously appear. This webinar will cover:
- The challenges unsanctioned trails present to councils and ways to manage them.
- Dirt Jumps, ways to understand what they are and how to manage them - Council Case Study.
- Considerations when deciding to commission or decommission unsanctioned trails.
Webinar Three – 30 May 2024
Telling compelling stories. The role of data. This webinar will cover:
- Independent audits, what are they, why you do them, and how the data can be used.
- Managing multiple users and stakeholder groups - Conservation / trail user Case Study.
- Trail maintenance models, managing contractors, volunteers and providing suitable training.
Time: 10:00am - 11:15am
Cost: Entry from $330.00 (GST inclusive) per person for the three-part series - available to all Council Officers.
Entry from $550.00 (GST inclusive) for two people to attend the three-part series - available to all Council Officers.
Entry from $110.00 (GST inclusive) for one person to attend one of the scheduled webinars within this series.
