Hi All, 

I'd be interested in knowing if what targets your Council requires your facilities to meet?  We are currently reporting on: 

- Attendance numbers

- Event numbers

- Occupancy rate

- Customer satisfaction

I'd be interested to understand if your Op plan has other measures of success?  We are about to review our KPIs/Operational plan target next month and would love to hear what other facilities have set as targets.
